BEGINNER COURSES
Dirtek delivers beginner training on all types of civil construction plant equipment — from rollers to graders. Training is conducted on-site, using your own workplace and available machinery, ensuring a practical, hands-on learning experience in a familiar environment.
As Dirtek does not operate a fixed training facility, all courses are delivered at your location or another suitable site you have access to.
Upon completion, you’ll receive a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment (SOA), recognising your competence to operate the machinery safely in the workplace.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING
Are you an experienced operator with loads of time in the seat, however just dont have the qualifications to back it up?
Or maybe you just have an old expired WorkCover licence and need to update to the RII competency.
Dirtek offers recognition of prior learning (RPL) assessments for anybody that can show adequate prior working experience or prior training time.
RPL courses are a great way to fast track through the long beginner course and often can be completely in half the time as a beginner course.
VERIFICATION OF COMPETENCY
Starting a new job which requires you to have a current Verification of Competency (VOC)? Or maybe you are currently working on or managing a project that requires VOC’s.
Dirtek can come to your site and conduct a short theory and practical assessment to ensure you are competent at the time of the assessment. When your VOC assessment is completed, you will receive a VOC card which will be valid for 2 years.
